1. Seller and Dispatch Location

The online store fcosme.com is operated by Herb-Pharma s.r.o., náměstí Smiřických 38, 281 63 Kostelec nad Černými lesy, Czech Republic (Company No.: 175 34 909, VAT No.: CZ 175 34 909).

Logistics and order fulfilment are handled by our external partner DEXTRUM Fulfillment, a.s. All parcels are physically dispatched from their warehouse at Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov, Czech Republic.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in the Czech Republic).

• Orders placed by 11:00 AM CET on a business day are handed over to the carrier on the same day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM or over the weekend are handed over to the carrier no later than the next business day.

During periods of high demand (particularly November – December) and in exceptional circumstances, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you via a notice on the e-shop homepage.

3. Delivery Countries

The current list of countries we deliver to is always available when selecting your delivery address in the shopping cart. If your country is not listed, we are currently unable to process your order.

4. Delivery Options and Carriers

Depending on your country, the following delivery options are available:

Delivery to a Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker

This option is available in selected countries. During checkout, you can choose a specific pick-up point or parcel locker near your address. Delivery is handled by Packeta and its network of local partners.

Home Delivery

A courier will deliver the parcel directly to the address provided in your order. Delivery is handled by Packeta or GLS depending on your country.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your country and chosen delivery method. The exact price is always displayed when selecting delivery in the shopping cart, before confirming your order.

The seller reserves the right to change shipping prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available only for home delivery in selected countries. Availability and any applicable surcharge are always shown in the shopping cart. In all other cases, online payment in advance is required.

7. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after handover to the carrier are as follows:

• Czech Republic, Slovakia: 1 business day
• Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Romania, Slovenia: 2 business days
• Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 3 business days
• Spain, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal: 4 business days
• Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia: up to 7 business days

The above times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances on the carrier's side. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been physically handed over to the carrier, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including your electronic invoice (tax document). All further communication – including shipment status updates, estimated delivery time, and tracking – is handled directly by the carrier. The form of this communication (e-mail, SMS, app) depends on the carrier and their customer notification settings.

9. Receiving Your Order and Damage in Transit

Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend checking the visible condition of the outer packaging. We sell premium cosmetics, which include glass bottles – damage to the packaging may result in damage to the contents.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the parcel or ask the courier to record the damage. If you discover damage after accepting the parcel, please contact us immediately at the address below.
